TEN 18 · BAL 24 · 2026 Week 4
garbage timeRavens led 24-7 at half; the six-point final is a clerical error
Baltimore was up 24-7 at halftime, and Tyler Loop's 64-yard field goal at the gun was the exclamation point on a paragraph that was already finished. The Ravens then spent the entire second half scoring zero points — either concerning, or the luxury of a team that knew the game ended in the second quarter.
Tennessee's first touchdown since the opening quarter came with 72 seconds left, and the two-pointer made it 24-18, and suddenly the final score was doing some very generous rounding. Respect the fight — 11 second-half points takes effort. But the scoreboard is being charitable here, and we all know it.
The Ravens won this game before halftime and spent the second half in cruise control. The Titans lost it before halftime and spent the fourth quarter making it look respectable. Both teams got what they wanted. Only one of them got what counts.
